Daniel Hietala has an MFA in creative writing and has written several books, including “Deadman’s Hand: The Life and Death of Wild Bill Hickok,” “The McCanles Affair,” “Regret,” and “Manifest Your Story in 21 Days.” He is happily married with five amazing children (three grown), a beautiful daughter-in-law and grandchild, three dogs, and a cat. He has spent his entire career in education.
